As of February 24, 2026, HEEHRA single-family rebates are fully reserved for projects statewide. In addition, the program is no longer accepting new income verification applications for single-family projects statewide. Reservations submitted after February 24, 2026, will also be put on the waitlist. Waitlisted projects are only eligible for a HEEHRA rebate if the heat pump is installed after the reservation is approved.
